What Participants Can Expect at the Venue
The final Ideathon is designed as a safe, supervised and supportive 24-hour campus experience exclusively for women students.
Food & Beverages
Food and beverages will be provided to registered participants during the Ideathon on campus.
Short Breaks & Rest
Limited on-campus accommodation/rest arrangements will be available for participants for short breaks and short napsduring the 24-hour event.
Participants should not expect conventional overnight hotel-style accommodation.
Medical Assistance
A doctor will be available on campus for medical assistance during the event.
Emergency Support
A stand-by ambulance will be available for emergency situations.
Faculty & Student Volunteers
mLAC faculty members and women student volunteers will be present throughout the programme to support participants.
Campus Security
Campus security personnel will be present throughout the event.
Parents / Guardians
Limited accommodation support for parents/guardians may be facilitated at nearby locations on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Parents/guardians may also arrange private accommodation at nearby hotels, lodges or other suitable establishments.
